Who are we really? We have many stories of ourselves and are surrounded by a dynamic web of activities that engage us. Yet, to come to terms with them all, we are told it is good to study the Self. In this talk we will discuss this study of the self and explore some traditional reasonings and reflections as to be able to further our practice of meditation.
