Rev. Konjin Gaelyn Godwin, Abbot of Houston Zen Center, will officiate this ceremony in which Guiding Teacher Choro will receive a new ceremonial okesa sewn by other teachers and the AZC sangha.
The ceremony will include some dharma words from Abbot Konjin and will be followed by tea and cookies.
