On Saturday, May 28, we will hold a brief ceremony for Rev. Unzan Doshin, Mako Voelkel, upon her stepping down as the Head Teacher of Austin Zen Center. This will take place following our regular Saturday morning program, which includes a dharma talk by Mako. 

There will be a reception afterward and an opportunity to express our profound gratitude and well wishes to Mako for her many years of guiding the AZC sangha and strongly supporting practice in the lineage of Suzuki Roshi.
