Pat will speak, as she usually does, about the intersection of Zen with our everyday lives and thoughts. The specific topic is TBD but it may be “The Futility of Expectations.” (But don’t EXPECT to hear that particular talk. 😏) 

She will also throw out a few pointers from her Rinzai experiences with the koan “Joshu’s Wash your Bowls” which Mako challenged us all with in her dharma talk this past Saturday.
