Guidelines for joining and participation:

• Only current members may join the meeting
• Contact the Board to confirm the meeting link or to inquire about the agenda. (board@austinzencenter.org) 
• To keep meetings to our agreed time limit:
  • We ask member guests to stay on mute throughout the duration of the meeting.
  • We ask member guests to minimize disruption by turning off their video if moving about or driving.
