Recently a problem with the electrical wiring was uncovered which will require an updated design.  This means a temporary pause in the renovation while it is remediated.   The teams are hard at work to update the plans. 

While this is an unfortunate delay, it is important to ensure that the electrical aspect of the work is safe and compliant per the city’s standards.  Stay tuned for more updates – we hope to restart the work soon.
