[Discussion-AZC] house for sale in South Austin

Hi everyone,
my next-door neighbor Mattie Lehman has decided to sell her house.... I don't think she has listed it with a realtor yet, has a home made sign up out in front. She said that she is asking $110,000 for it.....you can check  zillow.com for comparables in the area if you are interested: 5703 S. First St. 78745.  That seems to be a great price in light of other places in the area, although it is on a very busy street, South First.
   
  It would be great to have friends next door....pass the word if you know anyone shopping for a house!

sorry: no one with cats should buy Mattie's house....my 2 Huskies are not nice to cats, and cats always wander into other yards......
