I am not in Austin and maybe not my place to state my opinion since I go to Austin a very few times during a given year or two.
But, from the perspective from someone who visits your web page for information, I would love to see books that serve as introduction to zazen, Buddhism, and meditation in general. Additionally, any books that serve as follow up for futher study and practice. As far as other "goodies", ;), I would love to see affordable zafu's or seiza benches.
