[Discussion-AZC] Sesshin: Oryoki Instruction

For those attending the sesshin:

	We will eat oryoki meals. Participants should be familiar with  
oryoki eating.

	To become familiar, come to oryoki instruction at 6:00pm on Friday.

	If this time does not work out, contact Rinchin at  
drstopher at yahoo.com; he can probably schedule another instruction.

	Non-sesshin participants are also welcome to come and learn.
