Dear Sangha,

In response to requests, there has been a slight change in the schedule for Sunday's sitting. We will still start at 10 but we will take a 1/2 hour break at noon so that people who need to eat can do so without feeling rushed. (We do have a refrigerator.) This will extend the time we sit so that we will end at 2:30 instead of 2 PM. As always if you would like to come but can't stay for the whole time, you may slip out during any kinhin.

So the day will go aproximately like this:

9:30ish - 10 -Arrive & get settled
10 - 11 - Morning service
11 - 12 - Zazen
12 - 12:30 - Silent rest period (bring your own lunch if desired)
12:30 - 2:30 - Zazen & recorded tesho

And if you can't make this sitting but are interested we are planning the next one for mid-July.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Sherry

It will start with morning service at 10 followed by a couple of periods of zazen and a recorded tesho from Roko Osho, and finish with a brief session of zazen. It will be held at the Austin Aikiki Dojo 7756 Northcross Blvd Suite 111. Though no meal is scheduled, you are welcome to bring a sandwich or snack for lunch.
