There is still time to sign up for the One-Day Sit on Saturday. Take  
advantage of this opportunity to put pep into your practice.

Monasteries and some Zen centers traditionally offer a seven-day  
sesshin once every month! We try to support at least a one-day  
sesshin every month. (Twice a year this becomes a seven-day sesshin,  
and some months we have a two or three-day sesshin lead by a visiting  
teacher.) Those with a regular practice should not miss this  
opportunity.
