The next meeting of the board of directors will be Monday evening at  
7:00. This will be an open meeting (public welcome as observers).

Old Business

	Approval of 2008 Budget - Kojin
	The proposed budget was submitted by the director at the last meeting.

	Committee Reports
		Fundraising/Membership - Rudi
		By-Laws	 - Phil
		Succession  -  Kojin

New Business

	Appointing New Treasurer - Kojin
	The board is legally obligated to appoint a treasurer and the  
position is now
	empty. We will take nominations and elect a treasurer. (We may have  
to limit
	the responsibilities of the treasurer in order to find a board  
member willing to
	take those responsibilities on.)

	Role and Qualifications of the Director. Kojin
	The director is appointed by the board and is the board's main point of
	contact with staff in tasks like fund raising and budgeting. A job  
description
	will be proposed for discussion and approval.

	Schedule next meeting.
